About A+ Achievers Tutoring Center
MISSION:
The mission of A+ Achievers Tutoring Center is
to offer learning assistance, providing a supportive structure
allowing students to gain self-confidence and independence in their
academic work.
OBJECTIVE:
Engage students to work individually or in
small groups modeling appropriate study behavior and assisting
students in areas of difficulty.
GOAL:
Our goal is to provide tutoring directly from
the school’s curriculum and homework support for grades K-12. Our
tutoring services enable us to do what we do best...TEACH! As
certified teachers, we know how to motivate children and keep them
engaged in learning. A+ Achievers restores self-confidence and
teaches good study skills.
We offer affordable one-on-one and small
learning groups, convenient and flexible hours of tutoring services
while educating the world, one student at a time. We do not require
a long-term contract. Instead, we offer our clients the ability to
pay monthly. We are flexible and sensitive to the needs of the
family and the community, while creating a personal, face-to-face
relationship.
Tutoring reminds us of why we got into teaching in the first place. We love working with students and making a difference in their lives. With tutoring, we can make exceptional gains in a more individualized learning atmosphere.
The Goals of Tutoring:

To aid students who are having
difficulty with course material by providing one-to-one or

involvement and their ability to successfully complete coursework.
·
To provide role models who
demonstrate good study habits and positive attitudes toward
learning.
·

students including physically handicapped,
learning disabled,
and educationally challenged.
·
To encourage student independence and
competence and thus help insure future success.
